Rodia Chavannes

I am Rodia Chavannes. I have been working for more than 20 years in the ministry of children especially in the formation of Christians in the evangelization of children. Children are for some the future of society but for me they do not only symbolize the future but the present since it is the training received today that will make them model citizens of tomorrow and worthy sons of the world. Celestial City. This ministry is the most beautiful thing that has happened to me. Working with children gives me great joy and also the opportunity to learn again and again so that I can teach them but also to know more about our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jean Rabel’s mission was a turning point in my missionary life. I could see how great the spiritual need of children was in the country. I had an extraordinary experience and I am continually excited to see the infatuation that they are like any child to know God.
The time spent going to Jean-Rabel has been a time that my children and I have been looking forward to every year. I know that God takes care of His own so He will take care of each of these little ones who believed in Him. May multiple missions like this take place in every nook and cranny of our country every summer. Thank you for allowing me to share such a great blessing.

Ramona Joëlle Adrien

My name is Ramona Joëlle Adrien, I am 25 years old and I am an occupational therapist. Since my teenage years I have been involved in children’s ministry at my church and believe it has always been natural for me. We always say that children are the future of tomorrow: “timoun jodi, granmoun demen” and it is true. Investing in children means ensuring that we have a succession and this succession will certainly have a direct impact on our children. It is therefore important to be able to deploy all possible efforts to give children the necessary background so that they become the model citizen-leaders that our society needs. unfortunately negative things: we do not take enough care of the children around us and we risk paying the consequences in the future. Our children are devoted to themselves and very often children’s ministry activities are their only escape route. However, it also had a positive impact, this ministry allowed me to put myself at the service of the Lord and to work in favor of these little Christians and model citizens in the making. Jean-Rabel for me it is my city of heart. It was this experience that confirmed for me that God can use anyone for his kingdom. I was only 15 years old, I believe in my first mission. I ran a club pretty much on my own and according to the feedback God worked through me. I know that I can not feel the full extent of Jean-Rabel’s mission, but I know that God works and that he acts through us. Jean-Rabel is to trust God to meet our needs in the trials and trials we have had. Jean-Rabel is this corner of paradise thirsty for knowledge and full of potential. It has always amazed me the excitement that greets us on every trip. Se tankou yo fè ane a ap tann Klèb yo. My prayer is that each of us remains the clay to be shaped to become a vessel always ready to be used to the Glory of God.
